There will be Yoga with Caroline on the 6 , 13 and 20 of September at 3.45pm.

Indian Head Massage is on the 27 of September.
Arts and Crafts will take place every Thursday in September between 2.30pm-4.30pm.
Our Speaker this month will be from The Hopsack Health Food Store, Rathmines. This will occur at 1.30pm on

Monday 20 of September.

Our monthly social event takes place on Friday 24 of September. We will be meeting at 6pm in the Irish Film
Institute, Temple Bar as part of “Culture Night 2010”. Further details of this trip can be found in the newsletter.
There will be 2 Members Meetings at 1.30pm on Monday 6th September and Thursday 23rd September.
The Swimming List for the Markievicz Sports Centre is now full. Those who have an access disc can meet
every Wednesday between 12.00pm-2pm with other members of Gateway if you would like some company.

Also please note that Creative Writing classes will restart on Friday 1 of October, taking place between
2pm-4pm in Mount Drummond Court Community Room. The class is cost free.
